h1 { max-width: 800px; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 90px; font-weight: 900; text-shadow: 0 0 50px #000; } Screenshot: I've found what I can only imagine to be a bug in Chrome Browsers when displaying on a Retina screen. There is a strange clipping on the text shadow, and the text shadow itself is pushed way below the actual text.

That shadow is very annoying when im playing games. I don't really know what the cause of this problem, so I reinstall the GPU driver and reset the monitor settings, but it doesn't fix it.
Monitor ghosting is caused by the slow response time of a monitor relative to what is happening on screen. Of all the LCD monitor types, a ghosting monitor is most likely to be a VA panel because they have slower response times compared to TN or IPS panel types .
If the issue is that the fonts and text are distorted or blocky, it may be necessary to adjust the pitch and phase settings of the monitor. Reset the LCD to the factory default settings. Perform a self test .
After sending the email last night, I realized that shadowing occurs under and alongside of text, icon, and any image in any screen (even when I turn the pc on) and that should not be because of windows misbehaving. I thought that there might be a problem with the monitor or the monitor cable.
